By using our website, mobile application, or related services (together, the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1.1. Eligibility
• The Platform is designed for children aged 8–12, but registration and use must be managed by a parent, guardian, or educator.
• By registering, you confirm that you are either (i) an adult with parental responsibility or (ii) an educator using the Platform with permission of parents/guardians.
1.2. User Content
• Users may create, upload, and share Stop Motion videos and related creative works (“Content”).
• You confirm that any Content you upload complies with copyright and third-party rights (see Section 3 below).
• Ani-Babiling reserves the right to moderate or remove Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
1.3. Acceptable Use
• You agree not to upload offensive, harmful, or illegal material.
• Bullying, harassment, or copying others’ work without permission is strictly prohibited.
1.4. Termination
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously, especially when it concerns children. Ani-Babiling complies with GDPR, GDPR-Kids, and COPPA principles.
2.1. Data We Collect
• Basic registration data (name, age group, parent/guardian email, city/country).
• Uploaded Content (videos, images, comments).
• Usage statistics (time on site, interactions, device type).
2.2. How We Use Data
• To provide Platform services (hosting films, contests, subscriptions).
• To send project updates and newsletters (only with consent).

2.3. Sharing of Data
• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• Content may be publicly visible on Ani-Babiling under the chosen Creative Commons license.
• Some films may be published first on YouTube and are then subject to YouTube’s own privacy and copyright rules.

3. Content & Copyright Policy

3.1. User Responsibility
By uploading Content to Ani-Babiling, you confirm:
• You own or have permission to use all elements of your film (music, images, characters).
• You will not upload third-party copyrighted material without proper rights.
3.2. YouTube Publications
• Preliminary publications may take place on YouTube.
• YouTube’s Content ID system manages copyright claims regarding music or third-party media.
• Ani-Babiling accepts no liability for disputes resolved within YouTube.
3.3. Ani-Babiling Publications
• Content published directly on Ani-Babiling is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
• This means others may share and adapt your films for non-commercial purposes, provided:
• You are credited as the author.
• Any adaptations are licensed under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
3.4. Rights of Babiling Authors & Artists
• All original illustrations, texts, characters, and materials from Babiling Animation Magazine remain the intellectual property of Babiling Animation Ltd. and contributing authors/artists.
• These may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially exploited without explicit permission.
3.5. Community Guidelines
• Respect other creators’ works.
• Do not use offensive or discriminatory language.
• Moderators may remove content at their discretion.
